This includes tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and ensuring your property stays compliant with rental regulations. Our goal is to make property ownership simple and stress free for you.
How much does property management cost?
Our management fee is 7% of the rent collected, with no hidden charges.
Unlike many agencies, we do not add commission on top of maintenance invoices. When repairs are needed, you simply pay the actual cost of the work without additional percentage markups from us.
